Clean looks are the easiest saves you'll ever make, and you won't get one all season. Stand a Defender in front of the cage and have a shooter work behind it. Now you're tracking the ball late, reading through a screen, and moving off a shot you didn't see the whole way. That's the rep that wins games in April.

Coaches, this is another body

You've got twenty kids and four coaches. Stand a Defender in the alley and the dodging station runs itself. Add a second and you've got a two-man game with real spacing. Nobody gets worn out playing dummy, and nobody sits.
