47" EZ Curl Bar

Get the most out of your equipment and turn your single-compound routine into a full-body workout using the multi-purpose Rage Fitness 47" EZ Curl Bar. The standard curl bar is no longer limited to bicep curls and skull crushers, this piece can be used for various upper body movements such as rows, presses, and raises, with the addition to lower body movements. Curled shaft and knurling allows for reduced stress on the wrist and better grip overall.
